Certified Hypnotherapist
Mr. Ferrara has been trained in hypnosis through the National Guild of Hypnosis. He has been certified in advanced techniques including pain management, weight reduction, and smoking cessation. He is currently involved in the local chapter of the National Guild of Hypnosis located in New York City.
Thoughtout his career, Mr. Ferrara has been providing therapeutic services in Orange County. His professional vitae includes working as a school psychologist at the Orange/Ulster BOCES as well as a social worker for Pius XII Youth and Family Services. Prior to that Mr. Ferrara worked at Cleveland State University counseling Vietnam era Veterans returning to civilian life.
Mr. Ferrara has been able to expertly integrate his psychological and counseling education and experience with his training and experience in Hypnosis. He has creatively combined these approaches to provide his clients with the necessary tools, which will enable them to achieve success and therapeutic growth.
